Altenergy Power System Inc. was founded in October 2009 in Silicon Valley. Then a joint venture was established in Jiaxing, Zhejiang in March 2010. Originated from the US, APS microinverter has already been maturely applied in America, China, Europe. With the development of APS, during less than 4 years, several offices and subsidiaries worldwide have been established to improve the global sales and service network. APS Shanghai is responsible for the marketing & sales, technical support and domestic EPC project; APS Australia is focusing on the local marketing，sales, warehouse management and technical support;APS America,which is located in Washington State, is HQ of manufacturing, sales, BD and technical support for North America market.APS Europe mainly serve the European markets, selling products, providing technical support and aftersales services.
