Association of 40 companies and institutes from the entire solar energy value chain such as PV plant engineering and construction companies, utilities, project development, consulting, R&D and education providers
Objectives:
- Promote and develop the use of solar energy in Baden-Württemberg and support the state government in reaching the renewable energy targets.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary regional and national collaboration between companies, facilities and institutes.
- Promote measures for the interconnection of renewable energy sources in order to combine, e.g., PV, wind and biomass with load and storage.
- Raise public awareness of the solar industry as a relevant and innovative branch of the economy.
- Provide a common platform for solar industry stakeholders.
- Serve as a contact point for policymakers and citizens.
