Our scale and strength:
Token Aluminum Products Co., Ltd., established in 1992, has three factories under her control:
Industrial aluminum profile factory: with 13 production lines from 600 tons to 3800 tons for industrial aluminum, annual production quantity reaches 46000 tons;
Die casting factory: with 8 Toshiba brand die casting machines, from 200 tons to 1200 tons, annual output value reaches 12 millions U. S. dollars;
Hardware Factory: with over 100 CNC machining centers, and also provides stamping, tapping, drilling, polishing and hair brushing, anodizing process. For now, the main production project is solar panel frame, bracket and accessories. The annual output of this factory is 55 millions U.S. dollars, among it, there’s 43 millions U.S. dollars output is the solar panel brackets supplied to customers of Japan, Australia, USA, Spain, Germany areas.
Our industrial aluminum profile factory is the main supplier for French Schneider Electric, we awards “the Pyramid top supplier for Schneider Electrics” from the Schneider head quarter. And the Hardware factory, in addition to providing LED lamp holder and other products for USA GE Corp, Japan Osaka Sharp Corp, the main production is aluminum frame and bracket for solar system, and also supporting the single silicon wafer, polysilicon plate and the power inverter to Mitsubishi Japan,  Austsun Australia, and Ecolibrium Solar USA.
We all know there’s 90% global solar panels comes from China. We have five to six solar panel supporting suppliers in Henan, Sichuan areas; furthermore, we have power inverter supporting suppliers like Huawei, Hefei sunlight.
